Most applications fit standard enclosure dimensions. A custom solution is useful when the camera, lens, cabling or mounting method differs from the usual configuration.
The enclosure is adjusted to the actual camera, lens and installation method.
Required holes, grooves or cable entry details can be prepared in advance.
The modification is designed for the application instead of being solved later on site.

The enclosure length can be adjusted to suit a specific camera and lens combination. This helps prevent image vignetting and creates enough space for proper assembly.
The standard mounting system fits common camera heights. For smaller or taller cameras, the mounting parts can be adjusted for better positioning inside the enclosure.
Inner body diameter can be customized to fit slightly wider cameras and lenses. This ensure effective use of space inside the enclosure.
Alternative cable gland inserts and gland types are available for more cables, larger cable diameters or specific environmental requirements.
The rear cover can be supplied without a gland hole or with a custom hole for a different gland, connector or cable entry solution.
Mounting kits can be prepared with hole patterns based on your fixture, bracket or installation position.
If the requirement does not fit a standard category, we can review the application and propose a technically feasible solution.
Alternative front cap colours may be available for larger repeat or project orders, subject to anodizing options.
Enclosures can be supplied with your custom logo using UV printing. This option is typically available from 20 pieces of CH50.Custom logo engraving is available for all enclosures.
